This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any Service materials or content, any derivative use of the platform, any downloading or copying of user data for the benefit of any third party, or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data extraction tools.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1. Acceptable Use

Users acknowledge and agree that they shall not engage in any activities that violate any applicable local, national, or international laws, statutes, regulations, or legal obligations. This includes but is not limited to acts of fraud, cybercrimes, unauthorized access to systems, data breaches, or any actions that contravene existing regulations governing digital content, consumer rights, or financial transactions. Any attempt to use the S3K Technologies platform for illicit purposes, including money laundering, identity theft, or the dissemination of misleading information, will result in immediate termination of access and possible legal action.

Users shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of S3K Technologies, its partners, instructors, or any third party. This includes but is not limited to the unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or display of copyrighted content, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, redistributing, reselling, or sharing course materials, whether paid or free, without explicit written consent from S3K Technologies. Any attempt to remove, alter, or bypass copyright notices, watermarks, or digital rights management protections applied to course content will be considered a direct violation of these Terms and may lead to legal proceedings.

Users shall not introduce, distribute, or transmit harmful code, including but not limited to viruses, worms, Trojan horses, spyware, or any other malicious software that may compromise, disrupt, or impair the integrity and security of the S3K Technologies platform, servers, or connected networks. Any attempt to hack, infiltrate, or gain unauthorized access to S3K Technologies systems, accounts, databases, or user information, whether by brute force attacks, phishing, or other malicious techniques, shall be regarded as a severe breach of these Terms and will be subject to criminal prosecution under applicable cybersecurity laws.

Users shall not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative conduct, including but not limited to phishing, spamming, identity theft, impersonation, or misrepresentation of affiliations with individuals or organizations. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information to S3K Technologies or other users for personal gain, financial fraud, or deceptive marketing practices is strictly prohibited. Users are also forbidden from creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers, manipulate user engagement metrics, or gain an unfair advantage in any competition, certification process, or financial transaction.

Users shall not misrepresent their identity, credentials, or affiliations with any person, institution, or organization for the purpose of gaining unauthorized access to restricted content, services, or benefits. Any attempt to use falsified credentials, impersonate another individual, or disguise one’s true identity in communications, transactions, or profile information is considered a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and potential legal consequences.

Users shall not share, distribute, or disclose their access credentials, including usernames and passwords, with any third party. Any attempt to bypass security measures, gain unauthorized access to restricted content, or circumvent S3K Technologies authentication protocols is strictly prohibited. Tampering with, reverse engineering, or attempting to disable digital rights management protections applied to course materials or software provided by S3K Technologies is a direct violation of these Terms. Users who engage in credential sharing, account hijacking, or unauthorized data scraping may face immediate suspension, account termination, and legal repercussions.

Violations of any of the aforementioned terms will result in strict enforcement actions, which may include but are not limited to the immediate suspension or termination of user access, notification of legal authorities, pursuit of civil or criminal litigation, and claims for damages. S3K Technologies reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any user suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct, including but not limited to banning future access, reporting misconduct to regulatory bodies, and seeking financial restitution for damages incurred as a result of the user’s actions.

3.2. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not engage in any form of unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or offensive conduct while using the S3K Technologies platform, including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, threats, discrimination, or any behavior that incites violence or promotes harm against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Any content, messages, comments, or communications shared through the S3K Technologies platform that contain slanderous, libelous, obscene, or otherwise objectionable language shall be strictly prohibited. Users shall not engage in targeted harassment, cyberbullying, or stalking, whether directed at instructors, S3K Technologies staff, other users, or any third party. Any attempts to intimidate, coerce, or silence individuals through aggressive, harmful, or disruptive behavior will be considered a direct violation of these Terms and may result in severe consequences, including permanent suspension from the platform and potential legal ramifications.

Users shall not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in S3K Technologies website, mobile applications, or associated digital infrastructure for personal gain, malicious intent, or disruptive purposes. Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with the normal operation of the platform, including distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, brute-force login attempts, injection of malicious code, or unauthorized access to system resources, shall be considered a severe breach of these Terms. Users shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or proprietary methodologies underlying S3K Technologies software, tools, or course materials. Any unauthorized tampering with platform security mechanisms, encryption protocols, or access controls is strictly forbidden and may result in criminal liability under applicable cybersecurity laws.

Furthermore, users shall not engage in any activity designed to degrade, obstruct, or interfere with the availability, performance, or reliability of S3K Technologies services. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other software to overload the platform’s servers, extract proprietary content, or disrupt the seamless delivery of educational resources. Users must not deliberately introduce malware, spyware, ransomware, or any other malicious software into the system, nor shall they attempt to compromise the security of other users’ accounts or personal data. Any deliberate acts aimed at undermining S3K Technologies ability to provide high-quality, uninterrupted services will be treated as acts of cybercrime and may lead to prosecution under applicable data protection and technology laws.

Any violation of these rules shall result in immediate termination of access to S3K Technologies services, permanent banning from the platform, and, where applicable, legal action. S3K Technologies reserves the right to report violators to relevant regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or legal authorities as deemed necessary. Additionally, S3K Technologies may pursue civil remedies, including financial restitution for damages incurred due to a user’s unlawful or disruptive conduct. Users acknowledge that compliance with these Terms is mandatory and that failure to adhere to the outlined policies may result in severe personal, financial, and legal consequences.
